Kwayatsut

Opened in December 2014, Kwayatsut is one of our supportive housing buildings. Providing 73 single adult units, as well as 30 units dedicated to a supportive youth housing program in collaboration with the Pacific Community Resources Society.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Building 19:

1315 Davie St Vancouver, BC

 

Developed by Intracorp and the City of Vancouver, this social housing building is secured under the city’s new land use and affordable housing policies in the West End Plan. Aimed to house low and moderate income households and families, the 3 levels consists of 27 city-owned affordable rental suites, managed by Vancouver Native Housing Society, with a ground level commercial/retail space on the corner of Jervis and Davie.

Building 20:

1395 Davie Street Vancouver, BC

 

Scheduled to open near the end of 2021, over a 3 and 4 story podium, this building consists of 68 city-owned affordable social housing rental suites, managed by Vancouver Native Housing Society. Located in the West End, this building provides social housing podium, located in the first 4 floors which consist of 68 social housing units, and associated amenity spaces, parking and storage.

 

 

 

 

1315 and 1395 Davie StreetBill Rigby Manor

Built in 1987, Bill Rigby Manor is an aged 55+ building consisting of eight 550 square foot double occupancy units, thirty-one 500 square feet single occupancy units, and one accessible unit. Newly upgraded in 2018, Vancouver Native Housing Society took over the management in June of 2019. Located in Steveston, this building is a few blocks from the harbour and offers residents independent living options, as well as a variety of amenities and services.
