VNHS provides safe affordable housing for low-income families, seniors, and single people. In some of our buildings only people of Aboriginal ancestry are eligible for housing.
We have two singles-only buildings with bachelor and one-bedroom suites; two supportive housing projects for singles requiring support services to maintain housing stability; one Elders’ building consisting of one-bedroom suites for singles over 55 years of age who require support services including meals, housekeeping and emergency response service; and ten family projects including apartment and townhouse units in 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom sizes.
